Koop alle ingrediënten in de meest luxe vorm (AH excellent is een uitvinding). Thuis tref je de voorbereidingen: zet een kop thee, een lekker muziekje op en comfi kleren aan. Klop vervolgens de slagroom, voorzien van net iets teveel suiker, op tot het stijf is. Snij daarna de aardbeien in plakjes (vergeet niet te proeven!!!). Leg één eierkoek op een bord, besmeer deze met een dikke laag slagroom en veel plakken aardbei. Leg hierop een tweede eierkoek, besmeer ook deze met slagroom en versier de taart met nog meer aardbeien. Als finishing touch gebruik je pure hagelslag als topping (hoeveelheid naar eigen inzicht). Verplaats jezelf naar de bank, zet een heerlijke meiden film of serie op en smul die blues weg!!
